Opinion of random people: What is the best / most popular smartphone brand 2012?

After collecting the opinions and vote from random people, we found the smartphone brands that the most people like and what brands smartphones users do not like as much. Here are the results from the votes:

1. Samsung with 53%

2. HTC with 33%

3. Motorola and iPhone with each 7%. 

Now that we see what the people liked the most, we can say that Samsung smartphones are the most popular and favourite smartphones.I expected something way different then that. I expected that it is going to be three on pretty much the same level: HTC, Samsung and iPhone. After that would be Motorola, Ericsson and Huawei, but no, Samsung with far the most of all.

Of course that poll does not mean that this is 100% true (if we look at the overall specs of the brand, it's a lot different), but this is the overall opinion. That means something!

The HTC EVO 3D

Instead of comparing many kinds of different smartphones from different manufactures, we will look at the best smartphones from just one distributor. Now we will look at the HTC smartphones. We do that because there are people out there that like the style and system of the one maker but not really of the other.  Those smartphones on that list are only some of the newer ones, so here are the top and newest three smartphones made by HTC.

1. HTC One. The newest of the HTC smartphones to date and also the best with stats. It has a 1.5GHz Dual Core Qualcomm processor which is one of the fastest so far. It comes with Android 4.0 (ICS) and HTC Sense when bought. The device has 1GB of DDR2 RAM, something that not many smartphones are outfitted with. The display of the phone is a 4.7" (inches) big HD super LCD screen with a resolution of 1280x720 pixels. 2. HTC EVO 3D. As the second best from HTC device, the Evo has made its name big already and is know as one of the best smartphones so far, only the HTC One beats it so far (and some phones from other manufacturers). The EVO runs on an 1.2GHz dual core processor and 1GB of memory. The external memory is 8GB and can be upgraded to 32GB. It has a 4.3" 560x960 qHD glasses free 3D screen and has also a 3D capable camera. 3. HTC Amaze 4G. Last on the list but definitely not least! The Radar has a 1.5GHz Qualcomm    processor and 1GB of RAM. It has a 4.3" 560x960 qHD screen and 16GB of external memory, which is up gradable to 32GB. The specialty of the Amaze is its amazing sound. It has the Audio DSP with Dolby Mobile® and SRS WOW™ HD surround sound. The perfect music phone.
